Beat The Winter Blues - 30 Things To Do.

Winter blues, am I right?

Sometimes they are hard to shake. They're especially hard to shake when whisking away to another part of the world isn't all that appealing at the moment, and you're feeling 'stuck' at home with nothing to do because the whether sucks and everything is closed and you're all caught up on Love is Blind. But guys, that's just a feeling - it's not your reality. If you really think about it, there's so much you can do to boost your productivity, treat yourself, and keep from scrolling your life away while you wait for the weather to get warm.

When making this list, I was thinking of things I can do to shake up my routine a little bit and keep myself busy, but most importantly, things that would encourage me to unplug and be present in the moment. I'll be the first to admit my screen time percentage is scary high and I could use an excuse or two to put my phone away.

If you can relate, you may appreciate this push to try something new, do something different, or make a list of your own. Not a list maker? Use mine!
